Rosemary Giles is well known in the Bunbury region as she lives locally with her family and is actively involved within the community. Having completed a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 1997, Rosemary qualified as a lawyer in 1999. For the past 21 years, Rosemary has practised full time almost exclusively in Family Law taking instructions for both married and de facto couples. Her practice has involved virtually all aspects of family law with her main focus being on parenting arrangements for children after separation, division of assets and divorce. Whilst dispute resolution is her primary focus, Rosemary represents clients in the Family Court on more complex and contentious matters. Her personable nature and attention to detail achieves a high resolution rate, timely delivery of legal services and a high level of client satisfaction. Many family law matters are finalised quickly without the need for attendance at Court through the preparation of Consent Orders. Rosemary also provides additional services to her clients such as the preparation of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Guardianship to individuals and couples with pensioner discount rates being available. Instructions are also taken in Probate matters for estate distribution.
